⚠️ Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does NOT cover the following:
🔧 Wear-and-tear parts (tires, brake pads, filters, belts, and other consumable components)
🎨 Minor cosmetic damages (scratches, dents, paint chips that don't affect performance)
⚡ Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance
Normal wear and tear is expected with regular use. We recommend routine maintenance to keep your forklift in optimal condition.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: If you notice any transit damage:
📝 Note it on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before the driver leaves
📸 Take a few photos of the damage

Documenting damage on the Bill of Lading is critical for filing claims with our shipping partners. We will resolve all legitimate transit damage claims promptly.
